Advertising’s image of women. Watch this and get your mind blown. 

Unfortunately, this is something I see a lot on tumblr as well. I see girls getting depressed just looking at picture of other girls, not realizing that no one looks like that, and many of these “tumblr famous” girls (ex. kotakoti) photoshop themselves to hell and back.

The whole time when she was listing the non-factors of “normalcy”, like no lines or wrinkles, no scars or blemishes, no pores, she might as well said “no brown skin”. All of the examples of beauty were white. 

Nice message she’s trying to put out though, but it’s not reaching us all.
